*NO SHOW/CANCELLATION PLEASE READ*

Unfortunately I’ve had a number of no shows/last minute cancellations recently. I try to be as understanding as I can but i’ve definitely been too lenient on my policies. While these are on my website I figured I’d post them on here as well so everyone is on the same page!

NO SHOW:
If your appointment is no call no showed you will be asked to pay half of your missed appointment from that day and a $25 deposit for any future appointments. This deposit will go toward the total of your appointment but if the appointment is no showed or cancelled less than 24 hours it is non-refundable. If appointments are no showed again or refusal to pay will result in services being terminated.

While I usually allow a 10/15 minute grace period since I know we are working with animals and sometimes things happen I ask that you communicate with me and let me know if you are running a bit behind! If you are running too far behind your appointment may have to be moved to a different day so it doesn’t interfere with the rest of my schedule.

***I am one on one so please be courteous of other’s appointments so that they can also have a one on one experience. This environment is great for anxious/reactive dogs and gives them a grooming space where they can feel comfortable so please don’t take that away from them.***

CANCELLATIONS:
I do ask that you at least provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. (Of course I know that things happen unexpectedly and sometimes this isn’t possible i’m not referring to those situations.) I am usually not able to fill an appointment with little notice leaving me with a gap in my schedule so please at least give 24 hours. If last minute cancellation happen multiple times you may be asked to put down a $25 deposit (deposit goes towards your groom total at pick up but if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours or no showed it is non-refundable).

*I do send out reminders 24 hours before your appointments if you are not getting those please message me so we can make sure you’re receiving them.*

I am as understanding as possible and try to work with everyone’s schedules I just ask that you are courteous of my time. I have so many great clients who have great communication and are always on time/giving proper notice and I appreciate that so much!! Thank you for reading 🐶❤️
