🌬️❄️ Frosty Mornings at Baer Back Performance Horses!❄️🌬️ As the frost blankets the ground and winter’s chill sets in, we’re reminded of how important it is to keep our horses healthy, warm, and performing at their best. Frosty mornings might mean extra steps in preparation, but they also bring a certain beauty and peace to the place ✔️ Tips for Frosty Days- Make sure your horses have access to fresh, unfrozen water. Hydration is key! - Check hooves for ice or mud build-up—WD -40 sprayed in their hooves will prevent this. Comfort starts from the ground up. - Don’t skip the warm-up! Muscles need extra care in the cold. Here at Baer Back Performance Horses, we’re embracing the season and keeping the focus on quality care and training—because no matter the weather, excellence never takes a day off. Drop a comment and tell us your favorite part of chilly mornings with your horses! 🐴❄️ #BaerBackPerformanceHorses #WinterTraining #FrostyMornings #HorseCare #PerformanceHorses

This talented guy teaches me more than I train him. He’s by (My Customized Whiz ) and out of a Wimpys Little Step daughter. I purchased him this spring from Legacy Horse Company and sure am excited about his future! #Silver Spurs Equine #2yearolds #ropehorses
Cool mornings and cool colts!
I asked Kay’s what he wanted to do today and he said ride horses and go fishing! We’re super thankful to have a little mare like Sophie in the barn to pack him around.
Had a little supervision last night working horses!
Little loping hack work on 2 year olds today to switch it up.
