Cooked Meat: Small pieces of cooked chicken, beef, turkey, or lamb can be a great protein boost.
Pumpkin: Plain canned pumpkin (not the spiced pie filling) is good for digestion and adds a tasty, moist topping.
Greek Yogurt: A spoonful of plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt provides probiotics and a creamy texture.
Bone Broth: Low-sodium bone broth adds flavor and hydration, especially for picky eaters.
Sweet Potatoes: Cooked and mashed or chopped sweet potatoes offer fiber and vitamins.
Eggs: Scrambled or boiled eggs are an excellent source of protein and nutrients.

There are many things you can stuff a Kong with, depending on your dog’s preferences and dietary needs. Here are some ideas for Kong fillings:

Peanut Butter – A classic choice, but be sure it's unsweetened and doesn’t contain xylitol (which is toxic to dogs).
Greek Yogurt – Plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt can be a healthy treat.
Canned Pumpkin – Great for digestion and low in calories.
Banana – Mashed banana is a sweet and healthy option.
Cheese – Small cubes of cheese or a cheese spread (in moderation).
Wet Dog Food – Mix with dry kibble or serve alone.
Carrots – Grated or small carrot pieces are crunchy and nutritious.
Cooked Sweet Potato – Mashed or diced, it’s full of vitamins.
Apple Slices – Remove seeds and core before stuffing.
Raw or Cooked Chicken – Shredded or cubed, and ensure it's boneless and skinless.
Meat or Fish Pâté – A soft, tasty filling for your dog to enjoy.
You can get creative by layering different ingredients or freezing the Kong to make it last longer!

You can create a simple DIY boredom toy for your dog using toilet paper rolls, a box, and treats. Here's how you can do it:

Materials:
Toilet paper rolls (several)
A small box (cardboard, shoe box, or any box with a lid)
Dog treats (small, soft, or dry treats)
Scissors (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Toilet Paper Rolls:

Take the toilet paper rolls and cut them into smaller pieces (about 1–2 inches long). You can leave them whole if you prefer a bigger challenge for your dog.
Stuff the Rolls:

Take a few of the smaller pieces or the whole rolls and stuff them with your dog’s treats. You can add one or two treats per roll, depending on the size of the treats and the roll. If you want to make it harder for your dog, press the treats in tightly or even fold the ends of the roll over a bit.
Set Up the Box:

Place the stuffed toilet paper rolls into the box. You can make it as simple or complex as you want. If you want to make it more challenging, fill the box with shredded paper or crumpled newspaper to hide the rolls and make it harder for your dog to find the treats.
