Our ranch has flooded. We had 8 inches of water and mud come inside with this hurricane and we have been working diligently to try to clean up, repair etc. We need complete ductwork before we will have AC again and its between 85 and 90 degrees inside at all times. Our home is currently uninhabitable and we have no where for the kitties to go. If you would like to adopt we have 5 that desperately need homes! They are currently in a cage with fans on them but they are unable to run and play due to the contaminated waters that cover the floors. If anyone is feeling generous, Venmo is below.

This is Deadbeat, he is Frankie’s father. He’s a sweet guy who loves to play. He also loves to eat and snuggle on occasion. I think he would make an awesome house Panther if he was given the chance. He’s fixed, and has had a rabies shot. If there is any interest in him, I’ll bring him in and deworm, deflea, and make sure he’s an expert litterbox user.

Whew what a week it’s been at the ranch! Pepper the wild bebe was deflead/dewormed and received some antibiotics because she was sneezing. She’s no longer as spicy, she loves pets and purrs when you cuddle her, but doesn’t want to come to you at night when it’s time for bed. Otherwise, she’s had a blast playing with the other kittens!

We had a bout of Giardia hit us this week, Frankie nearly died from it in a span of about 24 hours. His upper respiratory infection caused a weakened immune system which let those little parasites right in to set up shop in his tummy! We changed everyone to Iams Kitten/Iams Adult to keep the food consistent, along with some wet pâtés from WholeHearted and 9Lives. Everyone had to have 5 doses of dewormer to ensure if they got it, they would have strong immunity and so far, no one has had any issues!

Due to the Giardia everything in the Ranch had to be sanitized, furniture moved and sanitized, I even threw some things away because I wasn’t sure how to clean them properly.

Along with 2 jobs, 2 kids, just getting married this past week, TNRing 20 neighborhood cats and a cracked windshield, I have been running on empty while trying to start my holiday projects for my side business.

I am desperately looking for homes for the Boo Crew kittens, Gremlin, Goblin and Leo. They are getting too big for the baby cage, and they love to play and run around. They are already fixed, deflead, dewormed, rabies shot and a 4 in 1 shot. The rescue is asking 75$ for each of them. Ask your family and friends if they need a new black cat for spooky season!

Meet Pepper, our newest bebe. She is feral, but slowly learning humans aren’t as scary as they seem. She’s very interested in playing with the other kitties, and enjoys playing with her tail, her jingle ball and her little stuffed sushi.

Lil Goblin will play and play and play as long as she can. She’s a toy hogger and loves to ambush her big brother and play chase. She is going to make some lucky family very happy with her antics.

Squeaker could use a home. He’s a sweet boy who had his tail slammed in a door when he was a baby. His tail doesn’t seem to give him any trouble, but it’s a bit crooked at the tip. He’s a vocal lover boy who is prone to “lovebites.” He gets overstimulated when you pet him and lets you know by nipping your hand or holding a finger in his mouth. He’s never hurt or maliciously bit anyone, but it is an off putting behavior. He’s deflead and dewormed, will be going to TNR soon. He will lay in your lap and loves to follow you around.
