Great Summer Treat for your fur babies!

DIY Dog Ice Cream!!!! 🐾

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Banana 🍌
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (be sure to check for *Xylitol/Birch Sugar as it is extremely poisonous to dogs!!!!) 🥜
1 cup Plain Natural Yogurt
1 teaspoon Honey 🍯

Instructions:

1. Heat the peanut butter up in the microwave or on a stove until it is easy to stir.

2. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.

3. Mix in the plain yogurt.

4. Add honey to the banana and yogurt mixture.

5. Stir peanut butter into the mixture until everything is well combined.

6. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.

7. Let it sit in the freezer for at least 6 hours to chill.

Just wanted to update you all on my hip replacement surgery. Had it yesterday 10/26. It went really well. I spent the night. Been up walking and it’s not too bad. Little pain but nothing major. Should be going home today 10/27. Recoup at home for 2 weeks n then return back to work doing light duty. At least that’s my plan. Shelly is running the shop till I return.

To all my wonderful clients n their fur babies… on Oct 26 I will be going in to the hospital for a total hip replacement. This is going to effect a lot of your appointments that are already set. I feel really bad cause this is all happening when the holidays are coming. I will call each and everyone one of you to change your appointments. Most are going to have to wait till January. When I return I will only be able to do a few small dogs seeing I’ll be working alone. My wonderful husband is going to come in and help with what he can. I’m trying to give you all enough notice so you can call around and get into another grooming shop if you choose. I know everyone wants their pups done for the holidays. So sorry for the inconvenience but my hip replacement can’t wait. I’m trying to call everyone one starting Tues Oct 3. If u don’t hear from me by the end of the week please call me and ask to talk to me. Thanks for your understanding.
