Bisek Bees Started 2011 Small Apiary of about 50 Hives around the local New Prague, MN area. A New Prague Farmers Market Vendor Cottage Licence vendor since 2015.

We no longer have bees but continue to make scrumptious baked goods and holistic bath & body care.

We will be bringing double the amount of Caramel Rolls, and Sourdough that were a huge hit last Saturday! We will also be bringing along our gift packs of homemade gourmet jams, and our bath & body products that Mrs. B makes. They make wonderful last minute gifts! Also if you have not been to Riverview Coffee , we highly recommend it! They roast their own coffee and have an extensive coffee & tea menu that is so tastey, and their staff is just so friendly and warm!

A huge shout-out to everyone that stopped by our pop-up at Riverview Coffee, yesterday! We didn't know what to expect because we don't have a following in Belle Plaine, but you all came out and showed us the love!
We sold out of our caramel rolls and sourdoughs with in the first hour and a half. Next time we will need to double the amount for rolls and bread we bringโค๏ธ๐Ÿ

Throw Back Thursday - 2014 when we first started making our Ooey Gooey Caramel Rolls for the New Prague Farmer's Market, back when it was located at Baptist Church. We used make them in a 13x9 baking dish and only made 1-2 dozen total. Now we make six times as many in 18x24 baking pansโ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ

We've been a vendor with the New Prague Farmers Market since 2013, our main products being Honey and Gourmet Jams, and we've been selling our baked goods there since 2015. In 2021 we sold all our Honey Bee Hives and 2022 was the last season we sold Honey. In 2023 we took a year off from the market. In 2024 we Returned to the market. We are mostly known for our Ooey Gooey Caramel Rolls. We've gone from selling a few dozen rolls at the market to selling out of 16 dozen rolls in less than an hour this season! We may be famous for our Caramel Rolls but we bake all our goodies with love and promise they'll be scrumptious. We hope you continue to join us on our baking adventures!
