Absolutely hate this part of my job but the bond I build with all the pups makes my heart melt but hurts so bad when it comes to this 💔 Lula and Bobbi I will definitely miss all the love you have given me over the years ! This is something I was hoping we wouldn’t have to do but we have had some no shows and late notice cancellations lately so we will be putting in place a 50% rescheduling fee if we do not receive a 24 hour notice about a cancelled appointment ! This doesn’t make me happy to have to do this but have to run the business this way because I do have employees who rely on a certain paycheck weekly and the business does have bills to pay so I sure hope everyone understands !

I want to just put another reninder out there to my wonderful clients that pre booking is extremely important ! We are very busy and if I cannot get you in within a week or two I apologize but I cannot express enough how important pre booking is and if it doesn’t happen when you leave we cannot guarantee you will not be looking at a month or more before you can get your pet in when you call us !

Happy Valentine’s Day !
