In need of Help to Rescue Our Home and Family from the Brink of Disaster

I write to you today with a heavy heart, overcome by the looming threat of losing the very foundation of our family's existence - our beloved home. This house, painstakingly constructed by my father's skilled hands, holds within its walls a lifetime of cherished memories, Yet, the harsh reality of my mother's battle with cancer, and our dependence on mainecare/medicaid to sustain her treatments, has left us in financial turmoil.

The chemotherapy, the glimmer of hope during those long days and nights, tragically failed to save my mother's life. In the face of this heart-wrenching loss, I bear the weight of the financial burden willingly, for I hold no regrets in pursuing every avenue imaginable to extend my mother's time with us. However, the consequences of this staggering debt extend far beyond my own shoulders.

Who could have predicted that the place we called home, a sanctuary for our horses, dogs, cats, and other beloved companions, could be snatched away from us so mercilessly? The very thought is inconceivable, yet our current circumstances leave us teetering on the precipice of homelessness.

Even with my background in the veterinary field, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to nurture and care for our cherished creatures, I find myself engulfed by this looming reality. To compound our despair, I had believed that I had successfully resolved a tax crisis during my mother's final days, an issue I thought would shield us from further loss. Little did I know that our home could be seized so callously, leaving us vulnerable and exposed.

In the midst of a housing crisis gripping our state, even if by some miracle I were able to secure the means to start anew, the heart-wrenching reality remains that there is no refuge where my family can remain intact. The thought of uprooting our lives, severing the bonds is unbearable.

We are in dire need of your assistance to help us salvage our home and safeguard the future of our family. Your compassionate contribution to this campaign holds the power to rescue us from the clutches of major loss.

Please understand that your support transcends mere financial aid. It serves as a beacon of hope, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and a renewed faith in the kindness of strangers.

I humbly ask you to share our story, amplifying our plea for help. Every share, every donation, brings us one step closer to saving our home.

With immeasurable gratitude, I extend my heartfelt thanks to you.
