Available for onsight lease or for sale to the right home: Smarty is a 2009, APHA registered bay mare who is a finished barrel and pole horse. She is very easy to ride, has no vices and is a pleasure to be around. She is a completely finished and competed in 1D and 3D from 3 years old to 8 years old. She took a few years off to have a foal (she was an amazing mother and gave us one of the best fillies we have ever raised). She is currently running 16s on barrels with a 13 year old girl and is running 25 seconds on the pole pattern with her. You can let her sit for weeks, load her up and take her to a show and she will absolutely bring you home a couple of ribbons and some cash. Zero spook, no buck, no bite, no kick. She does need to be lead into the alleyway and can get a little hot, but that's it. Smarty has a fun personality, rarely spooks and is easy to handle. Drifter is available for a half lease! Drifter is an 11 year old Quarter Horse gelding who is a finished rope and ranch horse. He makes an excellent trail horse as well. He worked on a ranch in Montana and was trained for team roping by Chad Turner. We have a lot of horses so he doesn't get ridden as much as he should.

Onsite lease only in New Smyrna off Tomoka Farms Rd. We have a large arena, multiple round pens, an air-conditioned tack room, bathroom and other facilities. $325 per month allows you to ride him 3 days per week and take him off the property for shows/trail rides.

He is extremely soft and responsive, so does better with intermediate to advanced riders. He has a ton of go, but also knows how to whoa and is probably the most obedient horse I have ever owned.

Do you have horses that keep presenting with the same sore areas on their backs? Take your bodywork practice to the next level by learning how to determine if the saddle is the cause. Learn more about how the horse's muscles move under saddle and how ill fitting saddles can affect that movement. Also learn how the rider impacts the movement of the horse and how the discipline will affect the horse's muscles. There will also be a bonus lecture on marketing yourself and building clientele!
