When one of our own is sick not only does NHSC Equine Studies and Ag-tivities COMMIT to providing the best health care for them...everyone shows up to give the BEST heart care too!
When your Bestie is resting and healing, there is nothing better than dropping them a note letting them know your thinking of them. Ronnie continues to show Dandy love in every way! They are blessed to have each other! This will go up in Dandys barn to remind him every day Ronnie is waiting for him! Twyla Baker

The Agriculture Food Sovereignty Program has a make-and-take fire cider workshop tonight from 5-6 pm in the NHSC cafeteria! We invite you to come down and bring home some yummy fire cider and join us for some great discussions regarding holistic wellness.

Side Note: Fire Cider is a natural homemade tonic packed with ingredients that contain antioxidants, vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory properties that can potentially promote immune boosting during the cold and flu season. (Photo not ours)

Ground driving is a great way to build trust and communication. Bucky here had a lot of trauma triggers around his hind end. This work with him is lots of fun and we are growing a trusting relationship. Notice his licking and chewing (releasing/relaxing) at the end.
