Kitty adoption update! 😺

"I wanted to follow up and let you know that we are totally enamored by our kittens (now named Oyster and Onion). They are settling into our home beautifully. We can't get over how affectionate and sweet they both are! You did an amazing job socializing them and we are so grateful to have them in our lives. Thank you so much for taking such good care of them during their early days!

Meet Zac, a handsome Brittany Spaniel! 🐶

This good boy is 5-6 years old and looking for a forever home where he can go on many sniffing walks. We're still getting to know him, but so far we know he's an energetic guy and will make a great companion for anyone who leads an active lifestyle. Hiking, jogging, walking...He'll thrive as your buddy! 🥾

He seems to be good with kids and other dogs. Cat testing is done on request. Come meet him any day minus Wednesday between 12 to 4 PM at our New Windsor location! 📍

Hamptonburgh Animal Hospital is running another raffle fundraiser for us. Enter for a chance to win cool prizes and help animals in need! 😺🐶

They will also be at our upcoming vendor fair on 11/8 for anyone who wants to enter then. We appreciate the continued support! 🥰

HAPPY PUPDATE!!!

Hello, there. This July I adopted a shih tzu from your New Windsor location. (Buster) Toblerone, Toby for short, has been living his best life in Poughkeepsie. He has lots of human aunties and a few canine friends. His mom, Abby, says they’re a match made in heaven.
He’s curious, playful, and loves his new life. He’s not very fond of the vacuum, so he escapes to the recliner. He’s the best boy.

Mary says Chip is the "purrfect fit" for her and loves him very much. He is even getting a spa day next week! Here he is on his couch, comfy and relaxed. 🐱

Looking to spice up your home? Meet these bonded beauties, Nutmeg and Ginger! 😺🫚🌰

They're only a year old and must be adopted together. Nutmeg is more outgoing and openly affectionate, while Ginger is more cautious. She still enjoys playing like her sister, but needs a pinch of patience to get her out of her shell. Nutmeg is the multicolored kitty, and Ginger is orange/white.

You can meet them any day minus Wednesday from 12 to 4 PM at our New Windsor location!📍

Hi Hudson Valley SPCA team!

I just wanted to give you all a quick update on Ellie, whom we adopted this past Saturday. She’s doing absolutely awesome and has settled in so well already! We all love her so much. She’s sweet, playful, and seems really happy in her new home.
