My Little Old Lady Chelsea 🐢 ... I've had Chelsea since she was about 37years old from my 1st vet clinic. A client could not take her back to his country, but she was the only thing left from his wife who passed. He didn't want to get rid of her, but also did not want her to be neglected and not have a good home. After some tears of hearing his story and his attachment to Chelsea (which he and his wife found in Chelsea Manhattan years ago-when she a baby) I said I'll take her and care for her and love her like I've always had her.... he was so happy. All of us had tears of joy. I never had a turtle! LOL. I had to research how to care for and feed turtles. She's been with me for about 18 going on 19years now and she has been the highlight of our family. She's like our little 55years old puppy! Lol
