The man, the myth, the legend - Terrin! Terrin is our farm manager and the backbone here at 515 Farms! All that yummy basil and those beautiful, nutrient dense microgreens start with him! Terrin is the brain behind the growing!

Terrin’s flex is he has been employee of the month 30 months in a row. Keep up the great job Terrin!

We LOVE LOCAL! Had an absolute blast at the Barn Town Brewing Get Down - incredible event on a picture perfect day! Added bonus of running into an old friend from Pammel Park Coffee Co. We left with happy Iowa hearts and an insanely beautiful, aromatic bag of coffee!

our 515 farms test kitchen made the most incredible salad today with our freshly harvested kale! 🥬 we followed a recipe from Cookie and Kate and threw in vanilla blueberry goat cheese from Montchevre for a sweet addition! 💚

Super excited to be a small part of this brewing brilliance! We appreciate the amazing opportunity to team up with Barn Town Brewing - a true local leader in both culinary creations and all around awesomeness! 🌺💚🌺

The beautiful edible flowers that garnish our St. Germain Gin Barrel Aged Classic Cocktail came from our neighbors, 515 farms. Both Pete and JB grew up with the owners and they're growing some amazing greens right down the street from us in a Vertical Hydroponic Farm. They're just getting started, so if you're looking for super fresh greens, check them out! The flowers were picked yesterday morning and brought to us just before we opened. So cool! Support local.
