heres been a lot of talk about Bill A4283. it would
prohibit us from offering dogs to the public but
authorizes shelters to use our space for rescue dogs with zero compensation to the actual store.This bill would effectively put us out of business.So we
wanted to tell our story in our own words. We
understand that theres a stigma attached to pet
stores. The bad news is it's totally justified. There are far too many examples of pet stores who don't take what they do seriously. The good news is there are stores that dedicate their life to their animals and making sure their customers have a phenomenal
experience. This isn't a post in defense of bad actors.
We understand they need to be held accountable.
This is a post in defense of good actors and
preserving a persons ability to choose the dog that best fits their life. At Citipups we want nothing more than to continue providing a safe space that
