Siberian Husky Camp and Therapy Dogs of America In a 20,000 square feet facility we offer an all-inclusive training experience Dogs from the CAMP can cost as much as $60,000.

Service dogs versus ESA’s,

A task trained service dog is trained to perform specific actions to help people with disabilities- Dysautonomia and PTSD. A service dog spent years being trained to help and to behave calmly and impeccably in public. Some of the things a Service Dog does to help include alerting of dangerous medical episodes, guiding people to an exit, to a car, through a crowd, or

to the person you are with, responding to medical episodes appropriately, carrying small items for you, and more.. Emotional support in itself is not a trained task, this is why ESA’s are not service dogs and are not protected by the ADA. ESA’s also do not have legal public access rights like service dogs do, but that’s okay! It doesn’t make them less important. The fact that ESA’s and service dogs are two different things is not a matter of “who’s more important”. It’s a matter of what type of work, training, public access, and assistance each dog can provide. Dog trainers we’re also educators, advocates, and we’re your best source for information on these life-saving pups.

A Legacy of Compassion, Not Cruelty

Too often, large organizations like the ASPCA target elderly owners or families with multiple animals—removing, punishing, and destroying lives instead of protecting them. We stand against this.

At the **Siberian Husky CAMP of America**, our mission is to protect, train, and rehabilitate service and therapy animals, while supporting the families who love them. We believe in dignity, respect, and real solutions—not arrests, seizures, or unnecessary euthanasia.

This is why we invite compassionate individuals to **leave a lasting legacy**:

* **Donate property** that can become a sanctuary for service and therapy animals.
* **Create an endowment or trust** that secures long-term protection and training.
* **Make a planned gift in your estate**—ensuring your values live on, instead of leaving everything to government hands.

Your gift can transform lives—human and animal—for generations. Together, we can build a permanent haven where compassion triumphs over bureaucracy.

If you want your name remembered for protecting life and giving hope, we would be honored to speak with you.

On July 29, 2022, during the Staten Island Sheriff’s raid, not only were my beloved huskies taken — but also several priceless jewelry pieces from the world’s most iconic houses: Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and more.
The police never listed them in their official seizure inventory. They thought these treasures could be erased, denied, and forgotten.
What they didn’t realize is that a detailed record exists — and the internet never forgets. From Tiffany’s diamond masterpiece once gifted by my mother Ida Marquina, to the Cartier and Van Cleef creations she entrusted to the Siberian Husky Camp of America, every piece has a history, a value, and a legacy that cannot be hidden.
This injustice is now part of a $2 Billion federal lawsuit demanding accountability for what was wrongfully taken — not only jewels, but lives, heritage, and truth itself.
This is more than a fight for luxury. It’s a fight for justice, memory, and dignity.

⚖️ Legal Update ⚖️

I have filed my case in both Federal Court and the New York Supreme Court. This is not just about defending myself—it’s about making sure the truth is permanently on record.

Every filing matters. 📚 It shows the courts, the public, and history itself that I pursued every possible path. That record cannot be erased.

And let’s be clear: there is always the possibility of winning. Even if one court dismisses, another may listen. Even if obstacles appear, the record gives me ground for appeal. Justice is a process—and I am in it fully.

This fight is about more than me. It’s about accountability, civil rights, and making sure what happened is never forgotten.

🚨 Justice for My Service Dogs 🚨
On July 29, 2022, my beloved service dogs — trained to help children with autism and people with disabilities — were seized by the NYPD and the ASPCA after false accusations fueled by Husky House of New Jersey.

Many of these dogs were killed while in their custody.
They were not just “property” — they were family, companions, and life-saving service animals.

I never surrendered them. I never authorized their adoption. I have fought in court for their return, but the legal system has made it nearly impossible to get justice quickly.

I am speaking out now because this cannot be ignored.
No agency or organization should be allowed to take healthy, loved animals, deprive them of their home, and end their lives — especially animals trained to serve vulnerable children.

I am demanding accountability from every person and organization involved, and I will not stop until the truth is known and justice is served.

If you believe in protecting service animals and stopping wrongful seizures, share this message. Your voice matters.

BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS
**NYC Faces \$2 Billion RICO Lawsuit Over Killing of 24 Celebrity Huskies — Including Fashion Icons Jack & Zeus**
By the Siberian Husky CAMP of America
Published Aug. 10, 2025

It all began with a **false accusation by Husky House of New Jersey** — an allegation that would set off a chain of events ending in the death of 24 Siberian Huskies, including *Jack* and *Zeus*, world-famous runway models and trained service dogs.

Now, the NYPD, ASPCA, and allied media outlets are facing a **\$2 billion federal RICO lawsuit** accusing them of **racketeering, conspiracy, animal cruelty, civil rights violations, and defamation** in what plaintiff **Victor Quinteros** calls “a coordinated and calculated attack.”

-*From Fabricated Claims to Fatal Consequences

According to the 118-page federal complaint, Husky House’s false accusation led to an **orchestrated raid** on the **Siberian Husky Camp of America** in Staten Island on **July 29, 2022**.

Armed NYPD officers, ASPCA agents, and city officials **stormed the property**, seizing all 24 huskies despite evidence they were healthy, well-fed, and housed on a shaded one-acre property with cabins, ventilation, and constant care.

The lawsuit claims:

* Puppies in training **died during the raid**.
* Jack and Zeus were **euthanized without medical justification** in ASPCA custody.
* Surviving dogs were **illegally adopted out**, ending their service dog training.

- **No Spin Can Erase the Blood**

> “Even if the City of New York exhausts every resource it has, and even if the ASPCA spends millions on the highest-profile lawyers in America, the killing of Jack and Zeus is impossible to justify,” Quinteros says. “The red ink of their destroyed reputations will forever be stained with the blood of the huskies.”

Jack and Zeus weren’t ordinary pets — they were runway stars, therapy providers, and beloved public figures, appearing in **New York Fashion Week** campaigns and charity events supporting children with autism.
The \$2 Billion Reckoning

The lawsuit alleges that **Husky House’s false report**, amplified by **cooperative media coverage**, provided the pretext for a **coordinated RICO scheme** involving the NYPD, ASPCA, Staten Island Sheriff’s Office, and other entities.

Damages sought include:

* Wrongful death of 24 service dogs
* Loss of charitable programs for children with special needs
* Defamation and reputational destruction
* Property seizure and retaliation for protected speech

-*Justice Demanded

Quinteros vows to pursue justice in every court possible.

> “Jack. Zeus. Meeka. Apollo. Anastasia. Triton. Every name is a stolen life,” he says. “And this time, they will answer for every one of them.”

The NYPD, ASPCA, Husky House of New Jersey, and named media outlets **declined comment** on the ongoing litigation.

Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit Filed Over Seizure, murder, and Forced Adoption of Service Dogs

New York, NY — A federal civil rights lawsuit has been officially filed by Victor Quinteros, renowned service dog trainer and community advocate, against several parties including the ASPCA, the NYPD, and additional public and private entities. The case alleges systemic abuse of authority, defamation, wrongful incarceration, and the unlawful seizure, euthanasia, and forced adoption of 24 service and therapy dogs.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Brooklyn, outlines harrowing events that began in June 2022 and culminated in an orchestrated raid at the Siberian Husky Camp of America in Staten Island on July 29, 2022. During the seizure, Mr. Quinteros was returning from a COVID-19 test. He was arrested and held in isolation for a month. The dogs—some elderly and requiring medical care—were removed under false claims and later either euthanized or given away without due process. At least **five dogs are confirmed dead**.

“This was not just a violation of property,” Quinteros stated. “These were registered service animals and therapy dogs trained for children with autism and trauma survivors. They were my family, and they were systematically taken and destroyed.”

The federal complaint includes allegations of:

* **Violation of First, Fourth, Fifth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments**
* **ADA violations** for failing to accommodate Mr. Quinteros as a certified service dog trainer
* **RICO Act violations** for coordinated retaliatory actions across multiple agencies and individuals
* **Reputational destruction**, including defamatory press releases and leaked photos
* **Theft and destruction** of valuable property, including photography equipment, jewelry, clothing, and irreplaceable digital archives

The case also highlights the **wrongful actions of the ASPCA**, who had prior knowledge of the dogs' health conditions and ignored them to construct a false narrative. The campaign against Mr. Quinteros allegedly stemmed from prior tensions with Husky House LLC, which had once returned dogs to him and later viewed his efforts as competitive.

The total damages sought exceed **\$900 million**, with an additional **\$1 billion requested under the RICO Act** as further victims and retaliatory patterns are expected to emerge.

“This case is not only about justice for the animals brutally taken from me,” Quinteros said. “It’s about stopping the abuse of power and the criminalization of people who serve their communities quietly and legally. It’s about accountability for those who hide behind badges and nonprofit status.”

I was walking by the harbor,
and there were Jack and Zeus—my beautiful huskies—waiting for me.
At the sight of that ghost ship,
and them standing there,
I thought of climbing aboard with them,
sailing away forever,
to find happiness at sea
with my loyal dogs,
who now rest in peace
without me.

I am still looking for justice

When I see all those announcements about Siberian Huskies being put down by shelters, and so many more in desperate need of a home or sanctuary, it breaks my heart. But I can’t help right now, because I only have space for my own huskies—and those that were adopted without my permission. Once they’re returned to me, one by one, I’ll finally be able to open my doors to others. But by then, over 1,000 huskies will have already been killed. I don’t believe in the so-called rescues, because even they don’t truly fight to stop these deaths. Give me back my dogs, and I’ll be able to help others. But don’t delay—there’s a husky in danger today. Adopt them—and give me back what’s mine. Thank you.

Thank you to all the supporters who have stood by me throughout this painful and unjust ordeal. I am writing to address recent pressure and demands to alter or remove critical parts of this petition. Let me be clear: I have not legally “won” the case— but I have succeeded in exposing the truth and forcing the ASPCA and its allies into a position of vulnerability. Their desperate efforts to silence me now speak louder than any court ruling ever could.

The ASPCA continues to justify their actions by citing internal “evaluations” to explain why my trained service dogs were euthanized. I maintain that these were healthy, highly trained animals—valued between $80,000 and $120,000—whose removal and destruction were not only unnecessary, but rooted in misconduct, misinformation, and systemic bias.

While some may demand "independent evidence" for claims of racism, corruption, or financial motivation, the patterns of injustice speak for themselves. I have every right to question the motivations behind the raid, the narrative that followed, and the organizations that stood to benefit—financially and publicly—from the tragedy that was forced upon me.

I will not retract my statements or soften the truth simply because it challenges powerful institutions. This platform was created to raise awareness, to seek justice, and to tell the full story—not the sanitized version the ASPCA and others would prefer.

My voice will not be silenced. Their intimidation is proof that the truth is hitting its mark. I will continue to speak up, not only for the memory of my dogs, but for every person who has been wrongly targeted, dismissed, or erased by those in power.

Jack and Zeus were killed Apollo was wrongfully adopted.
Who called the police with a false accusation? And to all who supported it—was it worth it? Our service dogs are dead. The ones who were supposedly there to "protect" them from me ended up killing them. The ASPCA, the NYPD, and the prosecutor Michael McMahon are murderers.

Siberian Husky Camp of America

We rescued and adopted Siberian Huskies to honor our first dog named Raisa. Soon we realized huskies need constant activity and training and for that reason we decided to have a facility for them to interact and socialize with other dogs.

All dogs are welcome to join at our training facility, get some exercise and practice their skills with our trainers and behavior specialist.

You can join us and participate in several activities in a daily basis, become a member of the club and get your dog into some action!
