Meet Andi (short for Andiamo, “let’s go!” in Italian) She’s an adorable 7 month, all black kitten 🐈‍⬛ 🖤who came to us from and has charmed every single person she has met! Andi has cerebellar hypoplasia which affects her motor skills and makes her a sweet, spunky “wobbly kitty.” 💕Swipe to watch videos of her in action.

Andi absolutely adores humans and loves to spend her days near her foster humans. 🥰 At bedtime, she promptly finds her place in the middle of the bed where she snoozes with her head on the pillow, snuggled under a blanket all night with her foster family. When she wants pets and attention, she just falls over on your feet or leans on your legs! 🥹 She loves to play, especially with the laser toy and kitty balls.

Andi is a chatty girl and especially when it’s meal time! 🍤She sure loves her wet food, churus and treats. She would do well in a home where she receives the attention, love and care that she deserves. Ideally, someone who is around more often at home. It is also likely that she would do well with other cats. Andi is tested and microchipped. She will be spayed soon.

Ginger and Char are bonded best friends waiting to be adopted!

How can anyone resist these angelic kitten faces 😻 Ginger (orange) and Char (gray) are 4 months old females who are unrelated but were fostered together and became inseparable 🩷 They are great with both cats and dogs so a great fit for any animal household! Char is a lap cat who loves nothing more than a warm human to snuggle with, while Ginger is more independent and so playful. Char is FIV positive, but FIV is not easily transmittable and she can live a long normal life. Ginger is negative for FIV and FELV and is not affected by Char’s diagnosis. They truly love each other and need to be adopted together!

Fiona is a 4-month-old calico cutie who was surrendered to the ACC. She has already had so many changes in her young life! Right now, Fiona is battling a kitty cold & needs some time to rest, recover & feel safe again. She’s a bit shy, but the moment you touch her, her purrs tell you she’s just full of love & waiting to blossom into total kitten-hood.

Despite her nervous start (and an attempted jailbreak from her cage! 😅), Fiona is already learning that humans can be pretty great—especially when she’s wrapped up in a cozy blanket. 💕

She’s not quite ready for adoption yet, but we’ll keep you updated as she recoups with & continues her journey to becoming the perfectly socialized beauty we know she can be.

Brave little Nala has been through hell. She was surrendered at a vet hospital in Brooklyn, suffering from an incomplete stillbirth. (Like we said: hell - which, if she’d been spayed, she would’ve been spared.) The kind staff nursed her to recovery, but her breathing is still snuffly-wuffly. (She quickly catches the scent of her foster person’s kielbasa, however 😸).

Despite enduring all this, she’s the sweetest! After hiding for the first few days, she now purrs and rubs, rubs, rubs her cheeks on her foster person as she dines - even right after having Clavamox squirted down her throat, which she hates (wouldn’t you?). She’s still wary of being approached, but less so every day.

She has discovered the joys of peeping out the window, her energy seems fine, and she’s responding to a feather toy with interest.The vets estimated her age to be 2 ½ years, but she’s tiny, only about 6.5 lbs. She tested negative for anything scary, so as soon as her congestion taken care of, she’s going to get spayed and will be ready for long-time loving from a lucky human.

Phoenix is a really special girl who will need patient and loving humans! ❤️

Phoenix (about 5 months old) was found in very bad physical condition. Luckily, she has been treated for a cold, as well as had eye surgery to improve her vision, which caused a little bit of scarring but her vision is otherwise fine!💕

Phoenix is very shy and still trembles when pet 😣. However, she LOVES food, which is fantastic as we can use treats and food to help her adjust! 🎉😍

Phoenix is currently in a foster home with loving humans who are helping her to learn that she is safe, 🫂 and we can’t wait for her to find a furever home to continue showing her that love. She can be adopted solo or with another kitten who is playful but respectful of Phoenix’s personal space 😽.

Say Hello to Cassidy!

Cassidy is a chipper, playful 7 month old cat. She is sooo sweet and loving and absolute people-cat! Cassidy came to us with terrible eye infections and after the removal of one eye plus significant healing, she navigates the world like a pro and is looking for an adopter who will treat her with love & care 💕. She has limited vision in her remaining eye, but that doesn’t stop her from spotting a feather toy and hunting in down. Cassidy enjoys a good snuggle, and would be happy with another cat or solo - as long as she has someone to dote on her!

Josh McCuddles is the snuggliest boy who loves to be carried around like a baby as often as possible 🩷

Josh is a total sweetheart who you may have seen at our Sunday adoption events snuggling in the arms of a human like he loves! He is a 5 year old boy with a gorgeous face and a very pink nose you want to kiss a million times! 😻 Josh is a special needs cat but he lives a normal life. Due to an issue with his back legs (he is not in any pain), he is unable to use a traditional litter box but his foster mom created a great solution Josh is happy with! He uses wee wee pads set up within a crate and he’s had no issues with it. He is a beautiful boy that has been waiting a year to be adopted and it is his time!

Here’s a sweet, warm, cozy cup of Cocoa to chase away your winter blues!

This four month-old boy’s preferred location is your lap, where he’ll purr non-stop and head-bop your nose. Found as a stray, he has a mild case of cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which (adorably) affects his balance and coordination, but not his easygoing, adaptable personality.

He likes to be picked up and held close, and enjoys watching your favorite TV shows with you (as far as we know, he doesn’t judge your choices). He’d do best in a home with another cat, and where he can get lots of the human touch he craves, and be monitored a bit to make sure he’s getting around okay. (Full disclosure: sometimes he steps in his p**p.)

Cocoa is neutered, microchipped, tested, vaccinated, and has a clean bill of health, other than his non-progressive, painless, neurologial quirk.
