- Experience: We are the most experienced, professional dog walking and cat sitting service in Brooklyn, with over 16 years caring for the amazing dogs and cats of Brooklyn.

- Training: We have a very vigorous hiring and training process for all of our walkers. Our extensive training process has been developed over many years.

- Insurance: All of our employees are

fully insured so you and your home are protected.

- Employees Only: Unlike many other companies all of our walkers are employees, not independent contractors (which is illegal). This means our walkers are entitled to Worker's Compensation insurance (which covers you in case someone is injured in your home), Unemployment, Disability, Social Security and other protections by law. Our walkers also receive paid time off and health benefits.

- Management: We have full time managers who are available to you for real time emails and calls. Our managers are also available to our walkers for anything they should need during the day (for example, if your dog is sick and needs to go to the vet our managers are there to help!). You are not only hiring a dog walker, you are hiring a whole team!

- Safety first!: We walk in small groups of 1 - 4 pups. We will match your pup with walking buddies he or she enjoys walking with based on temperament and personality. We also use four foot leashes and back up safety collars for all walks.

- Communication: You will receive real time updates via email after each appointment plus a written note with more details when you arrive home.

- Availability: We are available 365 days per year. You will never be without services when you need them.

- No late charges: We understand that you are busy and we have a very lenient scheduling policy. You can request and cancel services the same day at no extra charge (weekends after 9 am and holidays excluded).

- Convenience: We have a convenient online scheduling and payment system. We take all major credit cards.
