Moose’s new Human
Grace is a super motivated, hard-working young lady. She has accomplished so much on her beautiful horse, Thunder. This past summer it was his time to cross rainbow bridge, and we were all so heartbroken for Grace. At this time, we knew that she needed a new steed for her drill team and gymkhanas. We started searching for the most epic Christmas present we could. It was so much easier than we thought because when we found Moose we knew it was a match. We convinced Grace that she was “helping us” get Moose legged up to be sold, but really we were just validating what we thought was going to be a perfect partner for her. So after months of fooling her, finally the big reveal!!! And Grace could not have been more surprised. I think Moose is the lucky one to have found a forever home. And we are lucky to be able to give back to the next generation of the equine community. It’s so important to us to work with young horsemen and horsewomen so the sport doesn’t die here.
Moose went home with Grace this weekend and is settling in well. And I think they’re both in love with each other❤️

Patches is a forever horse with the 4Q Ranch
He is a 17 year old Paint who enjoys long walks on the beach, barrels, and letting that one dang cow slip through every time.
But he’s won our hearts and earned his keep many moons ago!
