We operate a non-profit organization, The Toby Project, whose objective is to solve New York City's pet overpopulation problem which claims the lives of approximately 45,000 dogs and cats each year in our City's shelter system.

We all love Nipsy!! This super sweet, low key gentleman was brought to City Vet by @harlemanimalrescue for care from a very severe neglect situation. Superstar dog whisperer @gooddogsnyc has been working with him and our nursing staff is in love with him!! He needs a home and would be a very good companion. He lived with cats and children and is fine with dogs. Please share ❤️ and message us to come and meet him!
