Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, York Veterinary Center is making some changes to our appointment and surgery schedules in an effort to minimize the number of people in our hospital, we are discouraging that you double book for an appointment or walking into the office. We encourage that you call the office to schedule an appointment, we will be operating during our normal business hours.

All previously scheduled appointments and surgeries may come in as scheduled.
We will continue to honor and schedule appointments.

We understand that pets still get sick and need medical attention, regardless of what is happening in the world. Feel free to call and schedule an appointment if needed. If you are feeling ill please do not come inside the hospital, and also please alert our staff. We also ask at this time that you limit the amount of family members coming in for any appointment.

Some people prefer to wait for their appointment in their car or on the sidewalk instead of the waiting room. We will call you when an exam room becomes available.

However, he wasn't so happy when everyone didn't give him pets and I don't think he's too excited about getting paid every two weeks! Apparently, he needs treats every day! Good thing there is always treats in the office!!

Our Story

Since childhood, I have been focused on the humane care of animals.

My dedication to veterinary medicine reflects my respect for the human-animal bond existing between owners and their pets. I attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science at Cornell University and completed my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine.

I have returned home to New York and have been practicing veterinary medicine on Long Island and New York City.

I founded York Veterinary Center in 2018.
