So Waffles, our furry friend, had never been groomed before and, being still pretty young, came in extremely matted. Everyone familiar with M&M Pet Boutique knows that we prefer our furry buddies' initial experience with us to be a positive one, allowing them to remember the feeling of being pampered. Although we strive to provide a pleasant experience from the outset, in certain cases, we must prioritize the animal's comfort and well-being. In this instance, we took the necessary one-on-one time to ensure Waffles felt comfortable and loved throughout the grooming process. Unfortunately, we were unable to save all of his hair due to the matting, but we were pleased to see him feel at ease, which was evident in his expression at the end.
