Today is the 9th Annual Giving Tuesday which is a global day of philanthropy and generosity. Friends of Brower Park depends on generous donations from our supporters to continue with the programming the Crown Heights community has come to know and love us for! No donation is too small and donations to FOBP help us keep our park green, clean, and seen! Is anyone in our community interested in doing field work? I'm looking for a couple people who may want to meet with me for this exercise. Would be walking on leash in large circles and then figure 8s, to build new neural pathways for dogs who either have too much excitement or are fearful of dogs or people. Would be a 10-20 min exercise a few times a week.
My dog was attacked and afterwards developed fear of some dogs. We're training through it but field work would help speed up the process.
Great activity for overly excited, reactive, & fearful dogs.
