Meet Long Island's Hanover! LI came to us from NY Last Chance Bail Out. He is a Standardbred and is most likely on his 3rd career. I came across his photo one night and decided to see if he would fit it. I messaged a close friend and asked if I take him and he doesn't work out would she help me find him the right home. With her encouragement LI came to my farm upstate to quarantine and then to City Island Stables. He fit right in. He has a heart of gold! He has given lessons, gone on trail rides and even performed as the headless horseman. So happy to have him here. First picture is when he got to the farm.

New license agreement!
New owner sort of 😁
New name!

Although I've been operating at this location with a partner for many years, I have recently renewed my license agreement with the NYC Department of Parks on my own! I have many improvements planned but most importantly I look forward to getting more people involved in horses!

We are a full-service equestrian center located in Pelham Bay Park, Bronx, New York.

We offer boarding, pony rides, trail rides and lessons. We have something for everyone.
