I came in this morning to find two p*e spots on the potty trays! Did you know that puppies instinctually move away from where they sleep and nurse to potty? These puppies are just 3 weeks old today, but they have already taken their first step towards housebreaking. They were still sleeping soundly, and just started to stir doing their little stretches - such a pleasure to watch them. So proud of these babies!

In about 30 days we can confirm pregnancy by ultrasound. These micro and mini goldendoodle puppies are expected August 18th. They will be 8 weeks old October 13th, and for our pre-trained clients they will be ready to go home around November 10th. She was the very first born puppy, the and is in the middle of the pack in terms of weight at 17.8 oz. We expect these puppies to weigh about 18 lbs fully grown, give or take a couple of lbs. Ginger has little white toes. She was very entertaining to photograph, striking the cutest poses right and left and earning herself the role of the actress in this motley crew! *RESERVED* Introducing Mary Ann! Mary Ann is an apricot mini goldendoodle from Rey & Little Mikey's litter. She is the yellow collar puppy. Mary Ann was the 5th and last born puppy. Mary Ann is the 2nd smallest at 17.2 oz. We expect these puppies to weigh about 18 lbs fully grown, give or take a couple of lbs. Mary Ann has a lighter coat, and it's hard to tell right now if she'll have much white - though all the puppies are genetically abstract Mary Ann overall looks mostly solid apricot but time will tell as her coat comes in. Rey delivered 5 beautiful, healthy puppies before 5 am last night! We thought there might have been a 6th, but just the 5! Rey is such a doting, loving, diligent, sweet mother. I am delirious from lack of sleep! Teal and Yellow are the girls. Blue green and Orange are the boys.

Ace goes home this Sunday, pending our in person compatibility test. Ace is a pre-trained puppy from Dolce & Jimmy Chew's last litter. He is so wonderful, so calm, so obedient. His new mama is very lucky to be getting such an amazing companion, and he in turn is lucky to have her too. We took him in for his Da2pp vaccine, and he did not even flinch. He sat there just as you see him. We are so impressed. If you were hoping for a dog like Ace but the timing wasn't right we have good news! Dolce started her heat cycle today and we will be breeding her once again to Jimmy Chew in about 2 weeks.

Wolfie is a pre-trained puppy. We all love this dog for his beauty, his gentle demeanor, and how easy he is to work with. He is from the same litter as his brothers, Otter and Bear. He is a Mini Double Doodle, and the smallest male among them. We expect him to weigh about 25 lbs fully grown. Wolfie is a sweet heart, and calm and gentle by nature. He enjoys belly rubs, and I would definitely describe his character as loyal, he can give a protective woof when appropriate (which I greatly appreciate in a dog), but he is very friendly. He is a dog who likes to trust but verify! He is the least dominant among his brothers, somewhat submissive among dogs and definitely submissive to his humans. He is intelligent, soulful and food motivated. Pre-trained puppies, especially older pre-trained puppies are hands down the way to go - skip the sleepless nights and potty accidents every 15 minutes! We are officially on labor watch! Rey's puqppies are due on June 8th but she could go into labor any day. This litter is almost full, we are expecting 6 puppies and we have 5 deposits. If we don't decide to keep a puppy back there will be one spot available on the litter. We have some pre-trained puppies available now.

Bear is waiting for you to take him home! Bear is a pre-trained male mini double doodle. Although I could see bear in any family, he is a "man's dog" if I ever met one and reminds me of a calmer version of our own Clifford. Bear is incredibly handsome, and has the most beautiful coat. These loose waves are not staged - we didn't bathe him or blow him out - this is his natural state of being. He is athletically built, muscular, and perfectly proportioned. He follows along with his humans naturally and calmly. Bear is a working dog and loves training. We could see him as a hunting or hiking partner. While we were shooting, he heard some rustling in the woods behind our house and assumed that classic pointer position. Bear is a double doodle and all three breeds that make up his bloodline (labrador retriever, golden retriever and the poodle) were originally bred for hunting and retrieving. That being said, Bear gets along well with cats and babies, including my 9 month old son. Pre-trained puppies, especially older pre-trained puppies are hands down the way to go - skip the sleepless nights and potty accidents every 15 minutes! Otter is from the same litter as Bear, and is a Mini Double Doodle (Goldendoodle x Labradoodle). He is pre-trained. Otter has an excellent disposition and like his brother gets along well with all living things. Otter is a bit smaller and we expect him to about 25 - 30 lbs fully grown.

Ace is the smallest of our pre-trained pack. We expect him to max out at 20 -25 lbs. Ace is a mini Goldendoodle out of Dolce & Jimmy Chew. He is very submissive and loves belly rubs. Ace is playful, sweet and gentle. More than most puppies, Ace gravitates towards children. He would make the perfect dog for a family with kids!

Bear is a pre-trained male Mini Double Doodle. He is great with other dogs, cats, and people. Bear is the quintessential "man's best friend" dog. He is calm, faithful, and very go with the flow. He definitely has that playful puppy energy now, but we could see Bear making the perfect hiking or hunting partner for one lucky person or family. Bear does well with our 9 month old baby.

Bear will be about 30 lbs fully grown. He is very bright, alert and food motivated - making training a breeze!

We are counting down the days! Just 11 days until Rey is due!!! Her belly is growing, and she is as sweet as ever. This is Rey's retirement litter because she has found her forever family, whom she'll be joining in August when her puppies go to their new families as well. Time for us to start prepping her whelping area. We are not on labor watch just yet, but in a couple of days labor watch begins in case she goes early! Rey is expecting 6 puppies. Our next litter of mini goldendoodles is coming this Fall (Dolce x Jimmy Chew).

We are thrilled to announce that intro to swimming is back on the schedule this summer! Using positive association training, we introduce our pre-trained pups to the pool one at a time - a course we humans really look forward to! This year we have added stairs and a shallow puppy pool where the puppies can build their confidence until they are ready for the big swim - all of these stages are part of our intro to swimming classes. All our pre-trained puppies year round will receive crate training, basic obedience (sit, stay, place, come, leave it, and "get in the crate"), intro to leashes (see our youtube channel for a video of intro to leashes), and housebreaking. Our pre-trained course is a 4 week in-house program for puppies from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. We have a few pre-trained puppies available now and we may have one spot left on Rey's litter. *Micro Mini Goldendoodles* We are just waiting on mother nature now! Based on the average 6 month heat cycle, Dolce should be going into heat soon! We are opening up applications for this litter, which is planned for sometime in the fall. We are expecting the puppies to be going home at 8 weeks old sometime in September or October. This litter is perfect for families with allergies, thanks to the higher poodle percentage. This is a repeat litter for Dolce, last time around she had 4 micros and 3 minis! Sal & Romeo! Our sweetest little guy, Romeo, originally was pre-trained and adopted out to a lovely lady in NYC. However shortly after he went home his owners health declined to a point that she could not care for him, and he was returned to us through no fault of his own. He stayed with us a little while until his new papa, Sal, finally found him. Sal's girlfriend made the trek up here with him. She is a dog lover herself and has two best buddies built in for Romeo to commiserate with! Romeo was picked up way back in March and I am just now posting these photos - but just look at how happy and comfortable they are with eachother. Romeo is living the good life with Sal, his grandmother, and his 4legged older sibling on the island. Romeo gets to go to work with his dad, and is reportedly on the books as his personal assistant lol. Thank you Sal for giving Romeo the life that most dogs only dream of! We are wishing you good health and happiness together for many, many years to come.
