The campers at our Sutton Place location (55th & 1st) celebrated with their Thanksgiving Feast Playtime & Photoshoot today!

If your camper is boarding at our Upper West Side location on Thanksgiving day, they can opt into our Thanksgiving Feast add-on. (This, too, comes with a photoshoot and playtime!)
Here’s what they’ll be feasting on:

🥔 Sweet Potato Chips
🫛 Green Beans
🥧 “Pumpkin pie” sponsored by Rescue Treats (whipped cream on top of their homemade pumpkin biscuits!)

The time has come once again to crown another & this time, it’s Menina Wedel! This cutie patoot is such a sweet & playful girl! She has many besties that she loves to play with here at Camp 🥰 She’s here all the time & we’ve been watching her get bigger & bigger each day! When she first started coming here, she was just a little pup & now she’s one of the bigger dogs in the small dog room. We love her very much!

Time for yet another ! We just had to give Piper ( on instagram) & her pawrents their flowers! Don’t you guys just love their costumes?! Piper is always bringing the party here at Camp & we always absolutely love having her here. Her mom & dad, Anne & Mike, are such Camp enthusiasts & we are so grateful they trust us with Piper. She’s got a big sweet personality & makes a pretty cute Triceratops, don’t ya think? Happy week of reigning Piper! We love ya!

Camp Canine clients: on Sunday, there will be a LARGE crowd outside of Camp from 4-7! If possible, please pick up your pup from daycare or lodging early that day. If you can’t, no problem - check in with the Camp employees in orange that will be outside during that time and they’ll help you skip the line. ☺️🐾🎃

We here at Camp Canine are SO excited to bring this event to life for the third year in a row. We’re working with Columbus Ave Bid to coincide with Open Streets this year, which means there will be so many things to do; it’s going to be a ‘create your own adventure’ kind of night!

But we want to give you all the tools you need to have a magical trick-or-treating journey with your pup, so here’s our #1 tip: start your journey at one of the key locations! Pick up your customized & complimentary trick-or-treat bags (available only while supplies last, so you may want to bring a backup bag just in case!)

Allow your pup to be delighted by Camp Canine’s dog-friendly candy apple bar, and hoodwinked by our (friendly) scare actors! Plus, all Trick or Treat pawticipants will receive a coupon for $25 off of any of Camp’s services.

Visit for an epic photo op, hand-crafted goodie bags, treat and food samples and enter to win a $200 Pet Market gift card. And make sure you stop by Columbus Avenue to see the “mini street fair” of vendors they’ve put together, all ready to give your pup some delicious treats!

Bond Vet UWS (352 Amsterdam Ave)
Snap a picture at their spooky Halloween backdrop, treat your pup to a yummy treat, and get a custom pet portrait from their talented artist! Every trick-or-treater will also receive a special voucher: $50 off for new clients and $25 off for existing clients, redeemable at any of Bond Vet’s3 UWS clinics!

Westside Veterinary Center (220 W 83rd St)
Stop by for a photoshoot organized by the team at Westside Veterinary Center – and, of course – a pup cup bar! Because there’s never too many treats on Halloween.

We can say with absolutely certainty that our clients 🔪 SLAY 🔪 Halloween. From baked potatoes to social butterflies, and from Stitch to Sherlock Holmes - we had so many characters show up on two legs and four last night! We love creating opportunities for our Camp Fam to make memories (especially the spooky kind! 👻🦇🎃) with their dogs! Thanks to all who came out to pawticipate in the fun. 💖

We are so excited to announce that we are officially expanding the Camp Fam! We have opened a boutique location at Sutton Place (55th & 1st) where we will be offering daycare and grooming to even more happy campers!

We’ll be establishing an ‘west-to-east’ referral program! Got friends near our Sutton Place location? Refer them to us - they’ll receive a free day of daycare, and you’ll earn $100 ‘Camp cash’! Our Doggy Trick or Treat Night is bigger and better than ever - this year we have Open Streets, live music, drag queens, (friendly) scare actors, fundraising opportunities for dog rescue, a costume contest, an open-pawticipation Halloween dog parade and more! But the core of the event remains: our trick-or-treat map involves nearly 40 UWS businesses that span across the neighborhood - all of whom will be ready to treat your pup, no tricks necessary. The magic of this “create your own adventure” event is that you no longer need children to go trick-or-treating, because Howloween is for the dogs. 🐺🐾🎃

These people are constantly working hard to make sure all of the employees, pups & clients here feel very taken care of & they do a great job. It’s rare to find a team of such professional & caring leaders who are also great friends & people, so we want to express our gratitude! On Tues, Oct 22nd between 7-9pm, grab your pup & come to Camp dressed in your best costumes! The winner of our Costume Contest (voted on by our staff!) will receive $100 in Camp Cash - and a whole lot of bragging rights. We’ll have dog treats and human treats + fun games and prizes + a spooky photo booth & photographer - and more!

It’s time for this week’s ! This week, it’s the lovely & oh so adorable Lily Wilhelm. This little frenchie is a regular here at camp & she may be small but she is mighty! Her big personality has landed her in the big dog room & that’s where she thrives. When she gets excited she lets out what can only be described as a visceral scream & it makes us laugh every time! We love ya Lily!
