How this booming, charismatic, loving, cherished person is not here anymore, I don’t know…
How someone so full of life, is tragically gone.
To say he will be missed is an understatement… we can still hear his voice and see his huge smile as if he was standing in front of us.

This is beyond a loss.

We love you, Steve. I truly hope you’re hearing all the stories, all the laughs and seeing all the tears. Rest peacefully, my friend.

PSA:
We work with living, breathing, amazing animals. A huge number of clients have been with us for their entire lives. This morning, a 16 year old dog with some health issues had an episode and needed our entire team to comfort him as his dad came to get him. That 16 year old has been a neighborhood mascot and a client of ours since he was a baby.
This takes the world out of us… we see our pups through their lives.
Whilst most of our beautiful clients understood there would be a slight delay on our 10am dogs, one did not. One called us unprofessional… one made our team cry for the sheer coldness when we explained our situation and the need to help. One demanded her dog be ready earlier than our normal 3 hours.
Don’t be that one.
Be kind.
Lend a hand.
Love.
That’s what the world needs.

As most of you have noticed, we have had an overwhelming demand for our grooming services.
In an attempt to accommodate everyone within a timely fashion, we have put a STRICT cancelation policy into effect.

At this point in time, we are booked nearly 10 weeks in advance with a long waiting list. Most times, an appointment can be filled if adequate notice is given.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the total of all services booked. We are sorry for any inconvenience … we are desperately trying to get everyone taken care of!

You are welcome to email a cancelation as all emails are monitored.
