Meet Jaye!
Hi, my name is Jeanine Scarantino but I prefer to be called “Jaye”
I've been working at animal Manor 6 years and 10 months. I am a mother of three and a grandmother to six. I have four dogs and five cats of my own and currently raising three of my granddaughters here at the Manor. I take care of the animals on a daily basis maintaining a healthy environment for the animals is crucial whether it's in the barn or at the cat house or simply driving down the road and seeing a tree down. Maintenance can be difficult, especially when we seem to have random storms that take down fences. The objective I have is to make sure every animal here is healthy and happy. If they're not healthy, I bring it to the attention of someone who can fix it and then medicate. I've been many things in my life but always at my happiest when I'm taking care of animals. I’ve raised Annie the cow since she was a baby after she was rescued ! She was even bottle fed !

Luna was adopted today! Here she is with her new family in her new home ! We know she will be spoiled and we are thrilled we took the time to find just the right adopter for Luna. As her new mom can attest, I cried when she left … but it was happy tears. Every dog I foster always has a special place in my heart. For a small amount of time they were mine and I was theirs…❤️
