Please understand that an "emergency" walk might not be able to happen due to child care being not available as normal. I will do what I can. But these days are supposed to be for me to get projects done around the house that have been put off, as well as some appointments. So please understand if I say no, then I really can't.

Hey everyone!
So the time has approached where I am going to need to get a new phone.
Well, this process normally wouldn't be a big deal. I had some issues even getting into access to this page with Meta.
I have no idea why there was confusion. Because the email and the phone number were correct, and I finally did get access to this page after about a week of switching phones.
So I did make another page that I can access easier in case I do switch phones and Meta messes up again.
A lot of people don't want to like two separate pages, especially if I can get and keep access to this page. So, just in case

I don't want you to lose any information or details. So, I will keep you posted.
And this change might not happen for a couple of weeks. I just know it needs to happen because my phone has been dropping calls, My storage is low. I've got a bunch of other things wrong that I just need to upgrade pretty soon.

I am also in the works for creating an actual website, so we don't have to do this whole song-and-dance on Facebook. As many people are leaving the platform, I want to make sure that i'm accessible to as many people as I can.
Please do not message me about website building or any advertisements. I'm gonna do this on my own, and I don't need someone to manage my website. I don't need anyone to help me get lost access. I don't need any business spam advice.

While some clients enjoy the snow and cold others including myself, don't really enjoy it.
I offer 15min potty outside breaks and 15min inside playtime. But if inside playtime isn't available it's just a 15min visit -$18.
I have gotten a little pushback reguarding weather policies and that is why I always say to have an emergency neighbor or friend who can come incase I can't.
Yes, the winter is VERY hard for dog walking and I do my best to make sure everyone is taken care of, myself included.
Please understand that the policies are in place for a reason and they will be implemented as needed with change of weather.

Happy 2025!
As we get ready and enjoy this year I would like to just address a few things.

With each company or person, as we get more popular and word of good service spreads. Bookings come in quickly and sometimes services change.
Yes, I have a few clients who booked a few dates 8 months ago and while not everyone can plan that far ahead, I do try and accommodate everyone.
A lot of new clients have reached out, and I am trying to fit them in, and while not overbooking myself in the process.
Yes, the earlier you can book the better.
I always appreciate the referrals and bookings and it's always good to see familiar furry faces.
But again, I am getting busier and this will happen as my reputation grows. Book early if you can.

Also I have had questions about my 20 years of Pet Care and how I look too young to celebrate that. First, thank you!
I started Pet Sitting around age 9, and immediately spent most of my time at the local barn riding horses, caring for the animals and I grew up raising chickens and sheep. I also volunteered at the local SPCA for a while.
Yes, the pet sitting was for church members and family friends, my reputation grew quickly and I cared for horses at a few local barns.
And when I turned 15 I got a job at a restaurant to get my foot in the door having a W2 job. And I would help my mom as she managed a bakery.
But my passion is and always has been caring for animals.
So in between restaurant and retail jobs, I always have cared for and had animals of my own.
Indeed, this year I celebrate 20 years of caring for pets.
And there will be specials all year long so stay tuned for more.

If there are other changes I will add them or send them out. The overnight rate applies to the night before the holiday, not after.

Just a reminder of some policies being put in place for 2025-
I am booking up for dog walking and I am trying to make sure I have enough time to get to each of my clients.
Please note that I send my schedule to my son's daycare Sunday night and while changes are expected, I try not to make too many changes often during the week.
The sooner I know if a walk is needed or not needed, the better.
