Venmo: [email protected] All of our lead group members are TNR certified and have years of experience with animal handling and adoptions. We all started as independent rescuers following our hearts and doing what we love to do. We helped each other throughout the years and now we are our own rescue. The "Vi

ctory 4 the Voiceless" team is especially known for the "Staten Island Abandoned Cats" project that we took on during the winter of 2013. This was the biggest hoarding case we took on in all of our years of answering rescue pleas. About the SIAC project: Winter of 2013 we made a decision to take on a abandonment hoarding case of 140 cats which the original caretaker was unable to continue to tend to. We chose to take responsibility for these animals lives as oppose to Animal Care & Control having to take them in. Within 2 months we were able to relocate the cats from the original household to a safe house location. We were able to get them all fully vetted, placed with fellow rescuers and adopted out with the communities support! We made a promise and saw the mission through for each and every one of them. Our V4V team performs high volume TNR ALL YEAR ROUND. TNR is Trap Neuter, Return: The humane way of controlling the outdoor stray cat population. We encourage spay/neuter for owned Cats/Dogs and are here to help with accessible low cost service options. We have many healthy adoptable animals awaiting their well deserved forever homes. If you cannot adopt, please consider fostering while we continue to find these animals forever homes. Fostering allows a shelter animal the opportunity to adjust to home life and increases their chances at adoption opportunities. All of our cats and dogs up for adoption are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, felines are tested for FIV/FeLv and dogs tested for Heartworm/Lyme/lepto. Adoption fees and adoption agreement applies. General Information

Urgent foster needed ASAP

Latte is a 9 month old female husky mix. She gets along great with dogs of all sizes! (cats unknown). We have to get her fully vetted which we are working on getting the soonest appt available.

She needs a foster as soon as possible as she is currently with a Good Samaritan who took her in but is unable to foster.

If you’re able to foster please head over to our website and fill out the dog adoption agreement for the dog name section you can put “foster home” . Thank you ! Please share !

Happy Holidays!! This is a very Merry Christmas indeed for our girl Lola!! 🎉

She was sadly a repeat mama for a few years and we were so happy to take her on and close up that baby making shop! In October she was post partum (her last litter of puppies were already over 8 weeks at the time) needing to dry up and give her body time to bounce back.

Thankfully she was able to get fixed earlier this month but had a little bit of a scare with TWO issues. 1)The doctor removed a small bean size mass and sent sample out to the lab to be sure! It was a scary few weeks waiting on the results but it’s negative! 2) she remained positive for Ehrlichia tick bacteria which we will continue to follow treatment and re test again.

Even better news this lucky girl is a foster fail! Her family foster family is absolutely in love with her and committing to giving her the spoiled and loving life she’s been waiting for! Wishing Lola the best and we couldn’t be happier for her!

Any contributions towards her vet care is greatly appreciated! We often find ourselves struggling to make ends meet when we have lengthy medical needy animals in the rescue. Our low adoption fees help us to continue to stay afloat as the revolving door of animals seems to have no end in sight! The adoption fees most times are not able to impact the rescues funding as much as we’d like it to. This was just Lola’s recent invoice which is $1093 alone 😪. Just want to explain why we often need to fundraise, so we are able to continue our rescue efforts ❤️ Thank you everyone for all your love and support . We appreciate it.

ATTENTION ADOPTERS!
We want to wish all of you a very Happy Holidays! Incredibly grateful to all of you who have opened up your homes to our animals!

Friendly reminder while your having family and friends over this holiday season. Please keep in mind there is a lot of In/Out of the household when having guest over! Be conscious of your pets, no matter how new they are to the household!

Our biggest suggestion is to have them in a spare room, finished basement, crated , etc anywhere where they are 100% safe! Safeguarding your pets for hours is temporary, do not feel bad for them! Better to be safe than sorry❤️.

Thank you again to all our 2024 adopters and beyond xoxo

⏰UPDATE Monday 12/23: Neddie was hospitalized for two nights and is back at the foster home now! He is doing so much better with less heavy breathing. He will continue his medication plan to the rest of the week and we’re hoping he shakes this off soon.

🎥updated video in comments. Please keep sharing his post and help us raise the funds to cover his vetting. Thank you ! Happy holidays to everyone.

‼️Saturday 12/21: One of our recent TNR calls resulted in a feral kitten becoming friendly. He is experiencing some progressive Upper respiratory symptoms and on his way to the vet.

We are trying very hard to focus on TNR and Spay/Neuter however, getting side tracked with several back to back unexpected emergencies in the process. Every time we have an emergency, it affects the next upcoming months and how many surgeries we can actually manage in budget.

If anyone is able to donate towards Neddie this sweet little tabby boy please know that no amount is ever too small! We often find people rather not donate at all because they feel what they can spare isn’t significant enough but it is! ❤️

We encourage our community to please think about getting TNR certified and helping out in the field. We have an over population crisis in our streets and there are so many community cats suffering, it truly breaks our hearts as we’re trying to conquer far much more than we can actually handle!

Daisy is a very lucky girl! She was abandoned and ended up at a precinct. Thankfully someone stepped up to foster and she is doing great! Estimated to be about 2 years old and she is the sweetest thing!

It’s incredible how grateful she is to be in safe hands! We’re all crossing our fingers and paws that this will be a foster fail🎉🎉. Daisy truly deserves the best after everything she’s been through.

We are trying to raise money for her vet care. No amount is ever too small! It takes a village and we appreciate any contributions getting us one step closer to the goal. Thank you!!
