If I had to guess she pointed 3-5 ruffed grouse, 5-6 woodcock and at-least 30-40 pheasant. Best point on a grouse ever, and I missed a pretty easy shot. Ruffed grouse are hard for dogs that don’t get a lot of contact with them. She nailed this one along a creek, I walked in and flushed it, and it was probably one of the easiest shots I’ve ever had on a ruff and I whiffed.
