Every dog needs exercise, and most don’t get anywhere near the amount they need. This is why there are so many overweight, bored canine companions with behavior problems. 👎

How much exercise does your dog really need? 🤔 Here’s a good rule of thumb: Dogs should get a minimum of 20 minutes of sustained heart-thumping exercise a minimum of 3 times a week. 🐕💦

1️⃣ Walk in the early morning or late evening when it's cooler.
2️⃣ Test the pavement with your hand – if it's too hot for your palm, it's too hot for paws.
3️⃣ Bring water for both you and your dog to stay hydrated.
4️⃣ Take frequent breaks in shaded areas.
5️⃣ Consider shorter walks or indoor activities on scorching days.

Hi there, my names Elissa. I’m here to help make your plans for your furry paws easier whether you are working extended hours, traveling or just need some help! I have several years of animal care from dogs and other indoor animals to farm animals.

The services I currently provide:

Pet visits & dog walks starting at $20

For visits and dog walks, I would make sure your animals have fresh water & food before leaving. I am also willing to give medication.

Pet taxi: The service will be based off of mileage.

Dog Park visits: We all need some kind of social interaction! This service is only available if you have documentation of up to date vaccinations.

*If you have multiple pets the pricing is based off of one pet and the other pets would be half price of what is listed.*

Here are some good tips when hiking with your dog!

🐾Do research on the trail etiquette, trail regulations and type of trail.

🐾For beginners, start with low traffic and short trails.

🐾Know the exercise your dog is capable of doing.

🐾Prep a doggy pack
- Food & water
- Treats
- First aid kit
- Leash, collar or harness
- Recent / up to date vaccination information
- Emergency contact information

🐾Ensure you and your dog are hydrated
-Bring snacks

🐾After the hike, take about 30 mins to relax. Give your dog some water and little bit of food
