Hi all! We have a couple dogs looking for a FUR-EVER home! They are from separate families.

Asher on left is such a sweet puppy and has been through training and daycare here at Camp! Needs some confidence building which Camp has helped a lot. He is an aussie/poodle mix at around 12lbs. Is a little nervous around new people but nothing that can't be worked on!

Lotus on the right is such a sweet girl! No fault of her own, current family has serious allergies. She does very well here and is looking for a loving home. She is about 60lbs. Does well with dogs, kids, and other people! Please call Camp with any interests or questions. 302-738-2267

Meet Ghost, a 2-year-old shepherd mix, who came to Camp as a foster dog. Ghost had a tough start—but when he came to Camp, he flourished! Not only was Camp such a great place for Ghost, but he was also great for Camp! He quickly became a playful, lovable, and gentle giant, making friends with all the dogs and bonding deeply with our staff. One of his closest friends was ZuZu, an 8-year-old Greyhound who was usually a reserved wallflower. When ZuZu met Ghost, they became fast friends, and we saw her play like never before! After only a few weeks at Camp, Ghost was adopted into a wonderful family. Ghost truly found his happy place, and continues to spread joy to everyone he meets!

Lacey began her journey as a Camp Counselor. Over time, Camp continued to change her life for the better. She met one of her closest friends, Sarah, through working together, and Camp also provided the opportunity to adopt her beloved pup, Luna! Camp changed Lacey's life in many more positive ways than she could have ever predicted.

Winter was in the care of SNARF Rescue, when she was diagnosed with ectopic ureters. The diagnosis process required a CT scan followed by a surgery for treatment. Although ectopic ureters are treatable, the vet care costs caused financial strain on the rescue. Bow Wow Buddies Foundation was able to provide assistance through a medical grant for Winter. She has since healed up from her surgery and was adopted! Winter is healthy and thriving in her forever home. 💛

Petunia unexpectedly became paralyzed and was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease. After an emergency surgery, she began to recover and has since regained her ability to walk! A grant from the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation meant that Petunia could get the care she needed to improve her quality of life. Our Story

Camp Bow Wow Delaware North offers premier doggy day care, and boarding where pups play all day with furry friends and then snooze the night away in a spacious, clean comfy cabin while being cared for by a highly-trained and loving staff. We also offer grooming, training and in-home care and dog walking to cover all of your pet needs. Camp Bow Wow Day Campers – Dogs get the attention and play they crave while you’re at work. We offer safe play in five clean indoor/outdoor play yards. Camp Bow Wow Boarding – Dogs may have a better vacation than you! During the day, dogs romp around the play yards with friends. When evening arrives, they are tuckered out, snuggling fuzzy blankets in their private cabins. We offer temperature-controlled indoor yards and cabin areas with six HVAC systems. Home Buddies – This in-home service for all types of pets includes feeding, play, dog walking, cleanup, administration of medications, and overnight pet sitting. Rest assured that our responsible, pet-loving adult employees are trained in pet care, health, and safety. Behavior Buddies – This reward-based dog training is focused on working with you to help dogs understand behavior expectations. In-home training is also available. Specific areas we can work with you in class or private training include: * behavior issues * positive reinforcement methods * greeting people, leash walking, excessive jumping or barking * overcoming fear of people, objects, or situations * proper correction techniques Pet grooming is also available on site. Simply make a reservation or request a nail trim, brush-out, or other service with a counselor at camp drop-off. Your best friend will be looking fresh at pickup time!
