We had some good runs, a little bit of bad luck and lots of lessons learned at the ARHA World Show!

The girls had some solid runs with loads of improvement but small mistakes kept them out of the ribbons. Goldie and Chief were hurting the last few days but that’s part of the game with horse showing for 2 weeks. Now time for a much needed vacation for the horses!

T’was a good day to do ranchy things with good people and horses! Thank you Walk Trot Canter Association for putting on a great local show for us to school at- it was perfect timing a few weeks before worlds!

Everyone had beautiful parts of each class and walked away learning something. The best part of the day was Keli Wakeley Photography going through the girls trail scoresheets and explaining them. Thank you Keli for going the extra mile with giving critiques while equally highlighting the good! It’s easy to get a perfectionist mindset and lose sight of the GOOD things about your run.

Jojo kicked the day off with some in hand classes and had a nice showmanship run with the cutest pony!

Thanks to all the family and friends that take care of of through the day! Couldn’t do all this without you guys.

Onto the next one!
