We want to inform you that the Gingr system we use at the Pet N Play Luxury Pet Resort is currently experiencing an outage. This is impacting both our staff app and the Gingr portal and phone app for pet parents.

As a result, there may be slight delays in processing new reservations or sending out report cards.
