It is with the heaviest of hearts I bear very sad news. My “Rock” of the ranch, Whiskey, crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday. I tried all imaginable measures to keep this beauty, but God had other plans for him.
Whiskey was my first go to, I would call him my old reliable Chevy pick up truck. Always ready for his job with a smile and happy to be done with treats and eating grass daily. He appreciated the life we offered him with constant love, kisses from kids, cold baths on hot days, kids camps, birthday parties, bags of shedded summer hair, and lessons with kids through adults.. He was such a strong, resilient, and the most loyal horse, it will be very hard to ever find another like him. There is no price tag you could have ever put on him, he was the best at his job! He never said no, only yes and I will.
Him saying I need to go mom was a very hard reality and extremely painful. At 30, he lived a long life, but the happiest with me for 5.5 years. I’m the luckiest of mamas to have had him in my life.
Please hug your kids, your animals as tomorrow is never promised. Whiskey loved everyone and appreciated everyday of his life with us!
RIP Whiskey you’ll never be forgotten. Mama loves you forever! ❤️💔

Nik update ❤️🐴

Thanks to Susan Gillen, My beautiful Nick had his removal of the skin tag that was ripping on his b***y. He was such a trooper, was such a gentleman! I expected nothing less. He knew we were there to make him better. All up to date on shots aswell. Recovery will take a bit over a month-2 for healing. Poor thing if only his last owners did the right thing by him once he got hurt he would never have had to go through this. 🦄
