This week's Dog of the Week is...

Zuzu!!!

We get questions on if we ever have "little dogs" in daycare. Yes we do, this is our second "little dog" in a row to be Dog of the Week. While size matters for some dogs, what we are most interested in is the temperament and demeanor of the dogs in our daycare setting. Zuzu is a great example of a little dog that has no problem being with bigger dogs. She's easygoing but not a pushover. We love when Zuzu and her brother (who himself is a big dog) come in to visit.

This week's Dog of the Week is...

Arthur!!!

Arthur has started regular daycare here with our Pack and is making great progress. One of two Westies at home, his parents wanted him to try daycare on his own to start working through some of his anxieties, some of which could be heightened when his dog brother is around. Having never really participated in daycare before it took Arthur a little time to get familiar with what was going on, but with the help of our Pack Leaders, and taking things slowly in a managed setting, the results have been great. Arthur is becoming more at ease with the other dogs every session, and his anxiety level is less heightened. We're looking forward to continued progress, and are making plans for his brother to come along with him in the future.
