❗IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPOSITS❗
Please read the entire message below.
We are experiencing technical issues with our deposit payment system. Payment links are either not sending within the required time frame (or at all) or are being sent multiple times, even after a deposit has been collected.
To resolve this, we’ve temporarily disabled deposits online. A deposit WILL still be required. Please call to pay your deposit in the meantime. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail as we are experiencing a much higher than normal call volume due to this issue.
If you’ve scheduled an appointment online in the past seven days, email [email protected] with your name and your pet's information so we can manually accommodate your appointment.
We’re diligently working to return all calls, but our lines are extremely busy due to this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.
Please note: Appointment confirmation texts and emails you receive may still include wording about cancellation if the deposit is left unpaid. You can disregard this message until we update you all again regarding this issue.
