The Disaster Survivor Assistance Team from FEMA is here!

The DSAT will be departing the EOC very soon to work with those citizens in the devastated areas.

In order to combat public skepticism of false agents, I have assigned State Trooper Es**rt to the FEMA Team. This is a security measure put in place to get our citizens the help they require and give you peace of mind.

These are the ONLY FEMA PERSONNEL in Cocke County. If you are approached by anyone claiming to be an agent of FEMA and they are NOT under State Trooper es**rt, call 911 immediately and ask for a Deputy to be dispatched to your location.

For any of our Cocke County neighbors who have been affected by the flooding, a Rabies vaccination will be given at no charge during the Fall Rabies Clinic Finale.

I did not cancel this event because I know there are a bunch of good folks who depend on us to provide these services every year.

As always be kind to each other and especially be kind to the animals.

I'm desperately looking for placement(fosters, adopter, new rescue) for the 3 teenage large breed puppies i have(you dont have to take all, even one off my plate is HUGE help) . They're fully vetted. Please. Im BEGGING for someone to help ME. I can't keep signing up for puppies when they're not getting adopted. My dining room is being destroyed because there's no where else for all these growing animals to go when they're not adopted 😔I have many more animals to move, these 3 are my priority to move that would help me so much.
