When Haleigh joined Buck’s Dog Training Virginia, she started as a Kennel Tech with one goal: learn and grow.

Since then, she’s stepped up in a big way. From caring for our dogs and keeping the kennel running smoothly to learning more about handling, training, and the day-to-day flow of the business, she’s proving that everyone starts somewhere.

At Buck’s, we believe great trainers aren’t born—they’re developed.

We’re excited to watch Haleigh continue her journey from Kennel Tech to future trainer. ❤️🐾

This case pushed us, but that’s exactly why we do what we do. Through structure, consistency, and teamwork, Bo made tremendous progress and is heading home with a much brighter future.

This week we brought Team New Jersey and Team Virginia together for our first Buck’s Pack Summit.

No fancy speeches. No magic shortcuts.

Just dog people sharing ideas, challenging each other, asking questions, and working to become better trainers, better leaders, and better teammates.

The best part?

Nobody had all the answers.

And that’s exactly why we came together.

Growth happens when you’re willing to listen, learn, and keep an open mind.

We’re grateful for everyone who invested their time, energy, and experience into making this week a success.
