Skinz - Pythons & Pigment finally got their Burm ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We couldn't be happier for them! Let's hope this lovely lady grows up to be as sweet and loving as can be!
Burmese pythons get alot of negative attention due to the on going issues in Florida. While wild burms can be aggressive and can pose a severe threat to their ecosystem, in places like New England where they are domesticated, Burmese pythons can make wonderful pets. With proper knowledge and handling this creature will turn into a 12 foot 200 lb loveable baby like our famous kiddos Huffy Puffy and Princess!

Corn snakes are notorious escape artists.
This little fella escaped from his locked enclosure about 3 weeks ago. Mom. Was. Heartbroken. 💔
Last night when we came home guess who was hanging out on the basement floor 🤣
We could have cried we were so happy!!!!
Let this be a lesson, corn snakes are beautiful and sweet. Lock them in their tanks like it's Azkaban Prison 🤣🤣🤣

Tonight we "yoinked" a little orb weaver ❤️😍
Orb weavers are expert hunters that eat many types of insects, including aphids, ants, flies, leafhoppers, grasshoppers, mosquitoes, beetles, wasps, and moths!!!
They are normally not considered hostile and not dangerous to people or pets and are a sign of a healthy ecosystem!!!!

This weekend we went on a short goodbye summer camping trip and guess who decided to pay us a visit!!!!!
A little immature praying mantis!
Along with a plethora of other creatures including a red spotted newt and probably about 3 dozen daddy long legs 🤣
***Praying mantises eat many insects that can be harmful to gardens and crops, such as flies, moths, beetles, mosquitoes, wasps, aphids, caterpillars, mites, and cockroaches.
Which make them a great part of our environment!
Featured in this photo is Daddy Pods in which the praying mantis (and many daddy long legs) were crawling all over 🤣 🕷

Garter snake babies!!!! 🐍 ❤️
Did you know that Garter snakes are one of the few snakes that give live birth?!
Garter snakes or "garden" snakes are snakes that are commonly found in this area!

They're great to have around as they're fantastic pest control and they won't harm your plants!
Their droppings are also excellent fertilizers!!

These are extremely non aggressive snakes and only usually bite if scared!

These native species are a great asset to have around your yard ❤️🐍
