[email protected] Triple P-Ranch is located in Wicksburg, AL off of Hwy 84 West. We offer Lessons, Boarding, Training, Conditioning, Consignments, and Emergency Care for your horses, and boarding for your pets as well.

Professional photography for you and your pets is available as well. GREAT for sale advertisements, registration purposes, Performance or Stallion ads, and gift ideas! Spaces are extremely limited for training and boarding however, so contact soon! Horse/Pet hauling/delivery also available. Our facilities include a 25 acre conditioning field, 3 large pastures, 2 small, and one paddock, an unfenced 100x200 arena, and round pen. We are also located less than a mile from the expansive trails (40 miles of trails!) at Maddox Farms. HORSE CARE: Have a big show week or weekend approaching? A long family vacation, or any unexpected event? One of the main worries you have are who you can trust to feed and care for your horses left at home. Many of you may use kennels in vet clinics for your dogs and cats, but the similar services for horses are simply unavailable! I can put your mind at ease by checking them everyday, feeding, watering, and administering any daily medications they may need. Nothing stresses out planning a trip more than finding someone you can trust to feed and care for your horses! PET CARE: Not everyone wants to leave their beloved pets in kennels during vacations or a sudden leave of absence. Stress from a new environment and small confined spaces can cause drastic changes in pets behavior and even their health! However, if someone could care for your animals in your own home, your wonderful pets would stay happier, healthier and safer! (Or they are welcome to stay with me in my own home!) CREDENTIALS: Shayna: As Ranch Owner- I have eight years experience as a veterinary assistant for both small and large animals, a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Equine Animal Science and Pre-Veterinary studies, nineteen years of horse experience and have trained over 100 horses. I also won awards for horsemanship and written knowledge in the Professional Cowboys Association, along with 10 saddles and 15 belt buckles for barrel racing, including titles in the district, state, national, and world levels. Associations include NBHA, AHSRA, ApHC, APHA, IBRA, AQHA, and PCA. Placed top five in the world finals, was the National ApHC champion, and also state and Mid South National champion. I pride myself on my motto of patience, persistence, and great performance. I have trained with the great Charmayne James and use her positive and knowledgeable basis to improve my own training. I have extensive experience in emergency situations, including colic, foaling, lameness/founder, and various wounds from mild to severe, along with both class and hands on training in nutrition, exercise physiology, equine marketing, biomechanics and shoeing, and reproduction. Amber: As Barn and Facility Manager she cares for all horses on the property. She has extensive training in the veterinary field and as our beloved and trusted caretaker for the last two years! For anything you need, she will be there to help. PRICING: Pet Sitting/Horse Care: The base price is $10 per day. For each additional critter, it is $5 per animal. (discounts for multiple animals) For fuel costs it is only $1 per 5 miles. (discounts for long distances) Charge of $5 per stall if they need to be cleaned while you are away. And for those special horses that need daily exercising, that can be arranged as well; ground work (5$/day). BOARDING/TRAINING: $200 boarding includes an open stall for shelter, and is self-care only. This is with or without other horses in pasture- your choice) (3/4 acre pasture-2 horses max) $200 is feeding once daily in our back 6-7 acre pasture, with “buddy” horses present. (4 horses max- not easily accessible, perfect for owners who cannot visit often.) $250 is feeding once daily in our 3/4 acre personal paddock. $300 feeding twice daily. (2 horses max) $300 is feeding once daily in our larger 1.5-2 acre pastures (Ready June 2018) and $350 for twice daily. We can supply your horse with hay for an additional $20 (once) or $30 (twice daily) We can also supply feed for an additional $30/$45 monthly Our regular care includes feeding, and access to our roundpen and arena. We also offer boarding exercise service for $100/month that includes 2x weekly exercise and training sessions. Perfect For the owners who don't have the time to ride or visit regularly. Barrel training $450 per month (Currently Unavailable) Handling//Gentling/halter breaking $250 per month Performance horses with training basis on a reining/cow horse type handle, and finished out as barrel horses based on Charmayne James' "perfect pattern". Also offer basic handling with Monty Roberts/Chris Cox based training. CONSIGNMENTS: We also offer consignment sales: We can simply advertise for you for a small percentage of your asking price ONLY if sold. All consignments (with boarding) include professional photography sessions if you would like them. With this session, you can have better photos to advertise your horse!
