To any of the customers Andrew worked with:

Unfortunately we don't have anybody to take over the dogs Andrew groomed. We've never had luck finding good employees and our friendly competitors all have the same problem. I am slowly returning to work, but I'm actually letting go of a good number of the dogs I groom, as I need to be more available to Collin going forward. I'm very sorry, but you'll need to find a new groomer.

You can try Grooming Finalist in Motion, Paw Natural, Lunar Dog Spa, Fur Tamer, The Dogfather, or Super Pets. I can't speak for their work, but they are mobile and might have openings.

Sweet Aria is a GSP/lab mix. She was surrendered to us by her former foster who was caring for her because Aria’s original family could no longer care for her.
3 years old, Aria can live companionably with another dog, loves kids and adults alike. House and crate trained already, Aria will need some basic obedience training. She’s ready to go to a home of her own! There’s a sweet video of her in the comments. Waggy tail girl!

Collin has made Christmas ornaments, candle holders, and dog bandanas. He will also have some baby snails in symbiotic habitat jars for sale.

We have an IMMEDIATE opening for a mobile dog grooming position based out of Sandy Hook, CT.

We are looking for a Groomer with at least 1 year of grooming experience (we are not able to teach dog grooming). A well-qualified, efficient, skilled Groomer has the potential to make up to $80,000 per year after tips when working 4 days per week. We can accommodate a part-time (2 - 4 days) or full-time (5 days with Sundays) Groomer, but you must be available on Saturdays for more than 3 days per week. Days available are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Sundays are optional. You will start with a built-in customer base with NO haircut dogs if you are the right candidate. This is a mobile position, so you must be comfortable with, and capable of driving a grooming van safely. You will NOT be responsible for scheduling, routing, or customer contact other than during the work-day. You will also not be responsible for van maintenance, fuel, or grooming supplies & equipment other than your shears (we provide shampoo, tools, clippers, and blades, as well as maintenance on these tools).

For Newtown & Sandy Hook Residents: Due to vet offices not providing nail trims at this time, we are now offering a discount on our minimum visit fee (typically $70-80) for Nail Trims ONLY as follows...
1 Dog - $30
2 Dogs - $50
3 Dogs or more - $20 each

Please know that we have received official word from the state thay we can continue to operate beyond Monday 3/23. We are changing our procedures in order to reduce the chance of contracting or spreading COVID-19:
-We are not entering customers' homes
-We are not having direct human contact by way of meeting dogs outdoors on leash, and keeping a minimum of a 6' distance
-We are disinfecting all tools and surfaces between each household, including collars & leashes
-Cash payments must be in an envelope or baggie
-We also accept payment via check, Zelle, or bank transfer without a fee, and credit cards with a small fee (no AmEx)

Meet our beautiful Artist Litter, they are 10 week old precious little puppies. This is a true heinz 57 litter, some look golden mix, some look hound mix and some look lab mixes. What we do know is that they are a stunning litter and super sweet babies.

PSA for dog owners...
It's is Skunk season!! With the loss of daylight, we often have our dogs outside before morning light and after evening dusk - this is prime time to startle a skunk and end up with a very stinky problem! If you turn on lights and make some noise before letting your dog out, you will likely scare way the skunks and avoid an encounter.
