Facility features beautiful tackroom, lighted outdoor arena with stone dust and sand mixture footing, a grass field to ride in and beautiful groomed paddocks.

Stalls are available!

A small, private boarding facility located in beautiful Newville, PA. This facility boasts 10 acres of manicured lush pastures with individual and group turnout available. The newly built barn offers many amenities: a wash stall with hot and cold water, a beautiful tackroom, bathroom, 12x12 and 12x10 stalls. A maintained lighted outdoor arena and groomed field are available for riding. Owners live on property and care for the horses themselves. Stalls are cleaned twice a day, with AM, Lunch and PM hay given. Fly sheet/Fly Mask/Bell boots (Blankets in winter) changes are all included in full board. Alfalfa and individual turn out are available at extra cost. Very lowkey, relaxed environment with horses care priortized first. Would be a perfect facility for retirement board as well.

What a cool start to our next project- putting fencing in! These two big guys- Sam and Bill -are helping a wonderful team put in our new coated electric wire fence in! So exciting to see the fencing go in!
