This week's Bergholz Farm Market is cancelled, so we have lots of microgreens for sale. If you want any, instant message me and we'll arrange delivery.

We currently have 2 oz containers of the following for sale:

(8) Sunflower Shoots
(6) Broccoli
(3) Rambo Radish
(4) Spicy Salad Mix
(2) Basic Salad Mix

Salad mixes are $9 each or 2 for $15.

Radish, Broccoli and Sunflower shoots are $7 each or 2 for $11.

Due to the extreme heat at the Bergholz Farm Market last night, there were very few customers. As a result, we have lots of microgreen left to sell. Starting my day with a fast, delicious and ultra-nutritious breakfast of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, hash browns, Basic Salad Mix microgreens and a little hot buffalo wing sauce drizzled on top to give it some kick!

If I didn't believe in the power of microgreens to heal and make me feel better I wouldn't be doing this. Multivitamins are ok when you can't get nutrient-dense foods, but your body can't process some of them properly, especially if they don't have just the right amounts of each nutrient. Certain vitamins and minerals need to be combined properly for optional absorption. Only the food God gives us has the perfect combinations of them, making them perfect to give us the nutrition we need.

Another microgreen salad today, I really feel like these are helping me feel GOOD and more energetic during the day. I've had way more energy the last few days. I'm not riding myself crashing in the afternoon, either. This is EXACTLY why I got into them in the first place.

I can't say if this is right for everyone, or if this will last, but why shouldn't it? They're non-GMO, nutrient-dense, delicious, low calorie (as long as you use a homemade healthy dressing) and inexpensive compared to the cost and nutritional value of regular vegetables.

Beautiful Amaranth microgreens! Delicious, too! Made this microgreen salad with Basic Salad Mix, Sunflower Shoots and the Amaranth. What a delicious salad!

But the best part is, I felt SOO much more energetic after I ate it!
