A couple BOD studs going out tomorrow, a few more orders shipping out Wednesday, and that’s a wrap on 2022!

I appreciate everyone that trusted me as I started shipping this year. I cannot thank you all enough for your support, and the help and advice from other breeders this past year. It has been awesome and I’m grateful to be sharing this hobby with all of you.

Two new lines are coming in fast for next spring! And more progress on a side project with hopefully some big news in 2023!

BOD studs available for shipping this week! Full velvet black body with yellow blazes down to their eyes.

New breeding group!! German strain Aulonocara jacobfreibergi “Undu Reef” (Mamela/Lemon Jakes)! They’re just getting settled in. These guys are native to the Tanzania side of Lake Malawi at Undu Reef, and the males commonly reach around 7”. They’re a bit more aggressive than Sunshines (both Maleri and Baenschi), which makes them hold that bright yellow much better.

I’m hopeful to have offspring from this strain available starting in early 2023.

In the meantime, I have some absolute stud 4.5”+ fully colored German strain BODs available, and will be posting Thai strain Eureka Reds and Eureka Red OBs which have colored up beautifully. Right behind them are some great Thai strain Albino Dragon Bloods and OBs.

Next week a fifth breeding group starts up!

I appreciate everyone that has purchased from me over the summer as we got this thing finally started up. Thanks for giving me the chance to get these fish into your tanks.

The best part of the entire thing has been seeing other people in the hobby enjoying the fish I’ve bred and raised. I can’t emphasize enough how humbling and incredibly rewarding it has been.
