We always are a bit behind in our garden, with the sale and all, but it always works out. We have eaten a few cumbers off the vine but tonight was our first farm fresh meal. Zucchini ruebens. Julienne cut a zuke longways, griddle with some salt, then you basically make a dressed up grilled cheese; light rye bread for us, kraut, cheese, and 1000 island. This is my second one. Hopefully everyone's garden is looking good! Let's see some pics, what do you all have going on?
