Hey everyone!
It’s been a while since we’ve posted—sorry for the radio silence! We’ve been busy, Busy, BUSY with all of you amazing customers and your adorable Fur Babies. You truly are a blessing. The truth is, we’ve been so swamped with appointments that marketing has taken a back seat. We’re incredibly grateful to our loyal clients who are willing to wait weeks for a spot because we’re booked solid. And while we could double-book to fit more in, we’re sticking to our one-at-a-time schedule to ensure every Fur Baby gets the cozy, stress-free experience they deserve.

We did want to take a moment to address something, though.
Recently, we received our first negative review in two years of business. While it caught us by surprise, after this review, however, it got us thinking about how we can keep improving and making sure every visit is the best it can be. We truly value all feedback—it helps us grow and ensure your Fur Baby’s experience is nothing short of amazing. If something’s not right, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly—we’re always here to listen and make things better.

That said, we have been absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the outpouring of support from our loyal customers who keep coming back and singing our praises. Your trust and your sweet comments, compliments and "Thank You!"s means everything to us, and we’re committed to keeping up the high standards you’ve come to expect. Thank you for being part of our little community—we love every single one of your Fur Babies! 😊
