What a very sad start to the day. I’ve never lost a fish in transit and I know eventually it would happen, even though I hoped it never would. I am devastated as I had raised it from a fry. I know my customer is upset as well. No delays, no leaking bags, no nothing out of the ordinary other than just didn’t make it. Breaks my heart making a post like this.
