Please be home or have someone at your home that knows the rules and can accept the shipment. We will always provide tracking with an ETA of arrival (A notification will be sent to both you and I when the package is delivered.) As far as a package that has been lost or delivered to the wrong address, a claim will have to be filed with the shipping provider. The same will go for fish that are DOA due to delays or errors on the part of the shipping provider. We do however always add the full value of your order plus a little extra to your shipping order for insurance. We will do our best to help you get your money refunded by the shipping provider.
