Messy Mutts is a locally-owned business ran by Justin and Lexi Messenger. Justin has been in law enforcement for eight years and Lexi has been a teacher for six years. They have too many dogs to count and foster dogs with 4 The Love of K9s. Additionally, Lexi was raised by her mom - a fierce Missouri Army National Guard soldier.
