I get to see Mic and Gill again! I’m so happy Gill trusts me enough to not bark at me anymore! And Mic is waiting for me in the driveway. 😊 Gilly comes running with his tail wagging! (He probably knows I’ll always have treats in my pocket - and he’s not wrong!) And they LOVE playing 🎾 🐾

I want to update everyone and anyone who may want to use me as their pet sitter in the future.

I have started a new full time job at a veterinary clinic here in Nixa. With my hours being full time, I will no longer be able to go check on animals during the week - UNLESS you need somebody in the evening and you’re local. I am however still available during the weekend! 🐾

Mick and Gilly were such good boys!
Gilly wasn’t too happy I was there at first, but after some patience, a calm voice, and slow movements, he realized I wasn’t a threat. After that, we became fast friends and I will probably forever be known to him as “The lady that carries treats in her pocket!”
We played fetch with their squeaks, ran around outside for a bit, and then got lots of butt scratches!

Hello! Let me introduce myself! My name is Kim, and I have worked in or have been a part of the veterinary field for over 20 years! I am currently an Approved Veterinary Assistant, or AVA for short. I’ve held that “official” title for 2 years now. I have 5 rambunctious dogs varying in size - from 10 pounds all the way up to 70! I also own a cat named Ali.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 2 beautiful daughters.
I recently stepped away from VetMed so I could be at home more with my family. That being said, I sure do MISS all of the four-legged friends I saw daily.

I’ve seen the need for dog sitting skyrocket in the last few years, and I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust with your babies!

Let me help you! Being from the field, I personally know how hard it is to find boarding facilities when YOU need them! Also, if you’re someone like me, you HATE having to leave your pets at a scary new place. Those sad eyes watching you walk away will pull at your heartstrings EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Now you can leave them HOME where they’re the most comfortable! Less stress for them means less stress for you!
I will check on them 2-3 times throughout the day, feed them, make sure they have clean water, play with them, take them on walks if requested, give them treats, and OF COURSE give them LOTS of love and attention!

I will have a form for you to fill out with all of the information I need, and I WILL require a meet and greet before agreeing to pet sit. I need to make sure your pet is comfortable with me - I 💯 read the body language of your pet, I do NOT want to stress them out.

Thank you for trusting me with your pets! I promise I will take care of them as if they were my own! 🐾
